Keyword and Trademark Bidding Rules
If accepted you will not buy or bid on any Moosejaw trademarked company names on any pay-for-placement search engines. You can bid on our suppliers though -- so you can bid on North Face and Chaco and Patagonia, etc. Just not on Moosejaw or any variation of the word Moosejaw. This includes Moosejaw + Term

Affiliates may not bid on the following terms or derivations (misspellings, etc.) thereof: 

  • Moosejaw
  • theJaw
  • Moosejaw Mountaineering
  • thaLowdown 

Affiliates may not bid on "moosejaw + TERM" such as "moosejaw coupons". 

Affiliates may use the display URLs by permission only on non-trademarked terms.

Affiliates may use Moosejaw trademarks in the title and copy of the ad by permission only.
